MAILING SERVICE AGREEMENT

Exhibition Display, LLC

This Mailing Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Exhibition Display, LLC (“Provider”) and the individual or entity (“Client”) subscribing to the mailing address service provided by Ofezi.com. By using this service, Client agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Authorized Use

The mailing address provided by Ofezi.com is strictly for legal purposes, including business correspondence and official communications. The Client agrees not to use this address for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive activities.

2. Prohibited Uses

The Client shall not use the mailing address for:

  • Any illegal activity, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, or identity theft.
  • Receiving prohibited or restricted items, including controlled substances or contraband.
  • Any purpose that violates local, national, or international laws.

3. Suspicious Activities & Deactivation

The Provider reserves the right to monitor usage and suspend or permanently deactivate the mailing address if any suspicious activities are detected. In such cases, the Client will not be entitled to a refund.

4. Non-Refundable Payments

All payments made for the mailing service are non-refundable, regardless of whether the Client discontinues use, violates this Agreement, or has their address deactivated due to suspicious activities.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Provider shall not be held liable for any losses, claims, or legal consequences resulting from the Client’s misuse of the mailing address. The Client assumes full responsibility for their use of the service.

6. Service Bills Upon Request

Upon request, the Provider may supply copies of service bills (e.g., electricity, water) associated with the mailing address. The availability of such documents is not guaranteed and is subject to administrative processing.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of El Salvador. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in the applicable courts of El Salvador.

8. Agreement to Terms

By filling out and submitting the form below, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Agreement.

Client Information:

This agreement is governed by the Electronic Signature Law of El Salvador (Ley de Firma Electrónica), enacted in 2015 and reformed in 2021, which grants legal recognition to electronic signatures. According to this law, electronic signatures, including certified digital signatures, are considered legally equivalent to handwritten signatures for all purposes. The Ministry of Economy (MINEC) certifies electronic signature providers to ensure the authenticity and security of electronic transactions within the country. Public institutions are required to use certified digital signatures for official documentation.
